Maybe related to #20

http_request_duration_highr_seconds_bucket seems to include in the http response time the runtime of the background tasks started in the request in question.

Setup:
python3.8
starlette 0.20.4
fastapi 0.85.0
prometheus-fastapi-instrumentator 5.9.1

is this expected?
