現状traQでは、UUIDはv4で生成して用いているのですが、v7の方がパフォーマンス的に良いため、これから新しく作るものはv7にしよう！というIssueです。
他のIssueに比べて非常に簡単で取り組みやすいと思うので、ぜひコントリビュートしてみたい方はやってみて下さい。

やることは非常にシンプルで、UUID を生成する箇所を v7 に変えるだけで、後は動作確認を行うだけ、という感じです。
