旧Skyway (SDK) の申し込みは2023/9/30に終了しているため、新規インスタンスでQall機能が使用できなくなっている

新SDKへの更新が必要
バックエンド側の認証・認可部分も更新が必要か確かめる

Qallを継続開発してサポートするか、そもそも機能としてドロップするかも含めて考えるべき
