0.7.2 (May 14, 2022)

This release contains a rewrite of CancellationToken that fixes a memory leak. (#4652)

To avoid preventing people from getting this fix, we have not included the other changes to tokio-util on master, because they include a bump of the required version of Tokio to 1.18. However, this release does bump the required version of Tokio from 1.6 to 1.7 because it is required by the fix.
