FreeBSD is currently our bottleneck for running CI. Split the FreeBSD CI job into two halves, hopefully reducing the total execution time.

All of other CI jobs are caching builds (#4108). If anyone knows of a way to do that for cirrus-ci as well, that would probably help too.

Nice! This time FreeBSD wasn't the last CI job to finish.
