INSERT INTO ... RETURN Id INTO @IdOutParam don't work with PostgreSQL #322

Hello
With postgresql we don't need add "INTO @IdOutParam" in TriggerIdentity column.
Only "INSERT INTO ... RETURN Id" will work.
