Can Typer display the effect of having both a log and a progress bar like in APT?

Description

My CLI program contains a lot of log output, it was working fine, now I have a new requirement:

I need to implement an encompassing progress bar at the bottom of the terminal to track the progress of a CLI program.

I found an implementation effect that I expected. Ubuntu's apt-get command is the effect I most expect when installing applications.

Can Typer achieve such an effect?

Typer takes care of parsing CLI arguments, it's not concerned with how to do output while your application is running.
