Similar issue: mochajs/mocha#4645

Workaround: None.

Run node app.mjs to watch it crash

The output should end in:

Binaries are up to date (binary folder '/sandbox/node_modules/pandocjs/bin/2.14.2').
Pandoc completed.
Listening on port 8080

But it stops at:

Plugin '/sandbox/node_modules/pandocjs/lib/grp-plugin-pandoc.js' has been loaded successfully.
