We had to update readme to send people to a different page/project https://github.com/simplelineicons/simplelineicons.github.io, because simplelineicons.com was down and you weren't around.
I think we should set it back to the gh-pages branch. @thesabbir it's good you're alive 😉

New docs are generated with node.js based build system instead of old php.
