MountManager does not transfer configs other than visibility when copying across filesystems

Hello,
I need to use the MountManager to copy a file from a local fs to an s3 fs by adding some s3 headers to the file inside the config array (ie. ContentType, ContentEncoding, etc).
When trying to do something like this:

$mm->copy(
    "localfs://myfile.bin",
   "s3fs://path/to/myfile.bin",
    [
        'ContentType' => 'xxx/vvv'
    ]
);

the ContentType property is not written to the destination fs.
I think this is due to the copyAcrossFilesystem() method that deals only with the visibility flag, while I do not see any problems in passing other options.
