Provide Dashboard for Nodes

Provide dashboard to Nodes so they can report on their local metrics:

• certificates within geography, by publisher, by level (raw, pilot, etc.), by type (automatically awarded, self-certified, community verified)
• training events
• lunchtime lectures
• etc.

Perhaps they could not only compare their performance against targets but also against other nodes to provide some friendly competition?

As an aside, ODI Queensland are exploring using Tableau for its Node dashboard. A volunteer has strong skills in the tool and has offered to do a lunchtime lecture on using Tableau with open data.
