Require that ENV variables include a Google analytics identifier
Include for benefit of demo.bothan instance BUT ALSO for personal user instances of Bothan so they may collect their own usage statistics
(@Floppy have I got the gist of this correct? Is this in the correct repo or should it be in base bothan)

I'd phrase more as "add support for google analytics - if a key is provided (optional), enable frontend analytics reporting, but also log API calls on the server side to GA."

Oh, and it should be in the base bothan app.
