User reports having trouble signing up for the app.
They say they're able to enter their email address and info, but when it comes to the page to choose their site (Downtown Toronto), the app just closes.
They have an iPhone 13 Pro Max with updated software.
They used to have the app, so I thought the problem may be that they have an existing account - but they aren't seeing that message, the only problem is not being able to choose the site.
