  • User reports having trouble signing up for the app.
  • They say they're able to enter their email address and info, but when it comes to the page to choose their site (Downtown Toronto), the app just closes.
  • They have an iPhone 13 Pro Max with updated software.
  • They used to have the app, so I thought the problem may be that they have an existing account - but they aren't seeing that message, the only problem is not being able to choose the site.
