I have updated a bunch of dependencies including the @testing-library/dom dependency

Why:
Mainly to get the new shiny new speed fix in @testing-library/dom into this the React library

How:
Updated package.json

My understanding was there aren't any breaking changes (see: entropitor/dotenv-cli@4df25fa...v4.0.0#commitcomment-43118666) and appeared to work locally for me.
