[Bug] Core doesn't expose the `cause` from `WorkflowExecutionCancelRequestedEventAttributes` #708

Event has a reason:

Activation Job has details:

repeated temporal.api.common.v1.Payload details = 1;

Must have been a mix up with WorkflowExecutionCanceledEventAttributes:
