Authentication fails for long URLs #47

In my testing an URL of 412 characters works, one of 458 characters fails.

No fancy characters, just ASCII encoded as UTF-8.

Tested on Windows 10 and Amazon Linux, Python 3.8. Version 1.0.1 of requests-aws4auth and 2.25.1 of requests.
