Describe the bug
Intermittently, after task user logins, there is a desktop pop-up with a warning of "We can't sign in to your account". Either the pop-up or the condition triggering the warning is causing FXCI tests to fail. I am still digging through logs to understand the test failure.

Example: https://firefox-ci-tc.services.mozilla.com/tasks/atmYr7ngQbWWitfIMaWiSg#artifacts

To Reproduce
There is no apparent pattern. Currently, unknown how to reproduce.

Expected behavior
No pop-up/warning. The task user being able to fully log in and access its environment.

Taskcluster version
First notice on 60.3.4
And continues on 64.2.5

Platform (please complete the following information):

  • OS: Windows 11 2009

Additional context
I am currently working on finding a specific cause and a workaround for now.
