What are you trying to do?

When you try to install Tailscale on fresh Ubuntu 22.04, you get an error that curl is not installed.

How should we solve this?

I propose installing curl as part of the installation script.

What is the impact of not solving this?

Minimal but annoying, esp for non-tech-savvy users
