Describe the bug
If #archive.tar is applied to archive.tar.xz, it becomes archive.tar[archive.tar].xz, thereby breaking recognition of the archive as an xz-compressed archive by any file manager.

Expected behavior
The user should be able to choose to interpret file extensions at the first period.

Desktop Application:

  • Operating System: Linux
  • TagSpaces Version 5.2.3
