Sometimes PRs need to run CI and other tests but aren't necessarily ready for review. Draft PRs are great for this use case.

Suggested feature:

  • Add --draft or similar flag to CLI for fotingo review
  • Add option to .fotingorc to do this by default, e.g. ... "fotingo": {"review": {"draft": true}} ...

We already have the --draft option but making it the default would be nice
