Since updating to version 1.13.0 (from 1.12.0) i get the following error when executing ./bin/console cache:pool:clear cache.webpack_encore

The "cache.webpack_encore" service or alias has been removed or inlined when the container was compiled. You should either make it public, or stop using the container directly and use dependency injection instead.
