Hi!

I'm trying to create a new Symfony 7 project with recommended methods with both composer and Symfony CLI.

But I'm getting this error:
Failed to download recipe: The "https://raw.githubusercontent.com/symfony/recipes/flex/main/symfony.webapp-pack.1.0.json" file could not be downloaded (HTTP/2 404 )

Run composer recipes at any time to see the status of your Symfony recipes.

Besides, a lot of messages related to having failed to be downloaded are displayed such as:

Failed to download symfony/webapp-pack from dist: The zip extension and unzip/7z commands are both missing, skipping.
The php.ini used by your command-line PHP is: C:\xampp\php\php.ini
Now trying to download from source

Any help will be appreciated.
