How to enable multi thread for swc?

I enabled swc-loader for my project and it's awesome 🙏.
I read the following text on the website landing page:

SWC is 20x faster than Babel on a single thread and 70x faster on four cores.

I want to know swc uses all available cores by default or if there is a config for that.
