First, thanks for a desperately needed program. Even Adobe has conceded the need for trimming back their bloated SVG markup :)

Big +1 for this feature. Manually enabling and disabling the plugins by name in the terminal is just super-tedious. Compression is not a one-size fits all scenario. And there seems to be no way to inspect the current plugin settings once you've altered the defaults. So the GUI idea is great. But what we really need is an SVGO>Preferences menu that users can use to selectively enable/disable from the whole set of plugins using checkboxes. Polish up the plugin descriptions, and put them as labels for the checkboxes. That would be awesome.

Also seeing the preview of the optimized version(s) as different options (plugins) are enabled / disabled would be useful. :)

👍 And you could add the option to load the options form a .yml file
