Describe the bug

Svelte transitions broken in DEV mode starting from alpha 97. Attached video gives better demonstration:

Update: Stackblitz. This is an error with SvelteKit only, not in regular Svelte or in REPL.

A video recording is not a reproduction.
Please provide the minimal code necessary which demonstrates the behavior (ideally runnable via the preview REPL).

Hey buddy, yea sorry just wanted to document it quick. I actually think it's related to another issue (#11185) stemming from HMR in SvelteKit. I'll provide a StackBlitz in a bit 馃憤

Edit: stackblitz .. not reproducible with REPL.
