Describe the bug

When developing with Svelte, I occasionally encounter an issue where the content of +page.svelte in the connection folder is not rendered, and only the layout.svelte in the app folder is rendered. I'm wondering if "connection" and "setting" are reserved keywords or if there have been known issues when using them.

• After pulling the branch I was working on and merging it into a new branch, I was able to investigate this unusual situation.

There aren't any that are known/intended to be reserved, no. We'd need a reproduction if you're seeing something like that.
