supabase stop --no-backup doesn't delete backup #981

Just upgraded to 1.145.4 and supabase stop --no-backup should delete the local docker volume, but it does not.

❯ bunx supabase stop --no-backup
Stopped supabase local development setup.
Local data are backed up to docker volume. Use docker to show them: docker volume ls --filter label=com.supabase.cli.project=send

❯ bunx supabase --version     
1.145.4

❯  docker volume ls --filter label=com.supabase.cli.project=send
DRIVER    VOLUME NAME
local     supabase_db_send
