Improve pagination controls

In the list of deposits for collections, there can often be hundreds of deposits. The list view of all the deposits is paginated. The current UI is confusing because it has an ellipsis that is linked. However, when you click the ellipsis, it takes you to the top of the page, which is unexpected behavior.

A more typical UI pattern is to use the double and single carats. For example:
<< < 1 2 3 4 5 ... 51 > >>

Clicking the double carat allows the user to jump forward or backward 10 pages at a time. Clicking the single carat allows the user to jump forward/backward one page. The ellipsis is not linked. Could we consider using this pagination UI pattern? Thank you.
