We should probably make time to put out a release as there are a few things to go out.

Two of the new rules are candidates for config-recommended, so we'll need to release a new version of both configs.

It'd be good to get #5256 reviewed and merged.

@doing-art If you have time to make the requested change to #5248, we'll be able to include that too.
