I can make time to do a release once we have 2nd reviews and the following are merged:

• Fix false positives for :autofill in selector-pseudo-class-no-unknown #5171
• Add named-grid-areas-no-invalid #5167
• Add ignore: [single-declaration] to declaration-block-trailing-semicolon #5165

This will be accompanied by major releases of the two configs.
