dotnet stryker --since:$(System.PullRequest.TargetBranch) falls with the next error: "No branch or tag or commit found with given target refs/head/master. Please provide a different GitDiffTarget. Seems like this feature is broken ☹️

The ref should be master, not refs/heads/master. And since you're using master you don't need to supply the target branch anyway, just leave that off. Master is the default.

I've written master just as an example. At the moment I want to compare code to Target Branch and not only master. At the moment stryker throws this exception for develop branch also.
