Improve mobile UI: icons are shifted

The latest version of stringer, with the "logged in as" message at the top, shifts the buttons in the UI around on my phone (pixel 7a):

All the icons used to be in one row. I think this is just a css change to make the "logged in as" message occupy less horizontal space?

Yuck! I wonder if we could move the "Logged in as" line up into a separate row. I'm hoping to focus more on accessibility over time, so I don't know what the minimum font size would be for that.
