Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Sometimes it can take 10's of seconds to come up with suggestions for long words. Add the ability for the search to be
stopped by a given time limit.

Describe the solution you'd like
Give back the suggestion acquired within a certain time even if it wasn't finished searching for all suggestions.
