Arabic extension invalid suggestions

Arabic extension shows invali words as suggestion. This issue happens more frequently with informal arabi words like
"الواتساب", "بتاعتك" ,"دلوقتي" for example.

Thank you for the input. The Arabic dictionary is rather new, so your feedback is important.

Sadly I do not read Arabic and have no clue what the right suggestions would be. So any help would be useful.

Please see #1314 and #941.

It might be necessary to adjust the dictionary to improve the suggestions.

There was a discussion here: streetsidesoftware/cspell#2249 (comment) that might be related.
