KnockoutJS framework support

Hi. Many thanks for the storybook, it's a great piece of work.

I wonder if/when the KnockoutJS framework's community could take advantage of using storybook too.

I may try to prepare a storybook implementation for KnockoutJS. Would it be welcome by authors?

Hey @Platonn, as far as I'm aware there is currently no work in progress regarding Knockout support. If you would like to implement/start it, that would definitely be super welcome! Some starting points could be #3770 #3504
