[Bug]: jsxDEV is not a function on production build with @storybook/react-vite 8.0.7

This only occurs during production build.

It works when build with NODE_ENV=\"development\" storybook build

To Reproduce

I have a monorepo with multiple projects. It occurs on every projects.
Will see if I can create a repro.
