as a sidenote, the linked section doesn't mention which scopes the needed token must have access to. i'm guessing for now, but if someone knows for sure, that'd be a valuable amendment for the README imo.

@funkyfuture I've updated the README with a note on the needed scopes. Not 100% sure about the workflow-scope, as I've never used this Action without using the default GITHUB_TOKEN.
