Social Cards: Allow to specify overflow via layout options

Description

It appears that there is no way to configure the default text overflow option without creating a custom social layout. This should be something that is easily configurable in the mkdocc.yaml file

Blogs with longer titles will be able to allow viewers to see the whole title instead of being cut off
