After enabling mkdocs-glightbox, mkdocs serve cannot be performed locally.

When I enable [glightbox](https://github.com/blueswen/mkdocs-glightbox) in plugins (there is no problem without enabling it), after executing `mkdocs serve` locally, it shows: Safari browser cannot open the page "127.0.0.1:8000" because the server "127.0.0.1" cannot be connected.

You could help us investigate the problem by creating a minimal reproduction. I tried the plugin with my setup and it seems fine, at least with a trivial project. Producing a minimal reproduction will help you narrow down where the problem lies.
