Sources missing in Maven Central

The sources jar is uploaded but it's empty. I suspect this happened with the Kotlin conversion.

The source jar is available with kotlin files for the pure jvm projects.

1.6.3 has the sources and 2.0-alpha1 doesn't.

Adding back a Java file, the java file shows up in the sources. So it looks like .java works but not .kt

Javadoc publication still not working. I tried copying paparazzi's config over since it also uses the Chris Banes script, but later realized paparazzi is also not publishing javadocs correctly 😄...

SqlDelight is publishing javadocs correctly and uses the Banes' script. Not sure why.
