I had to disable cssnano so I could build the project in "Bash on Ubuntu on Windows".

If possible, get cssnano working on that platform and reenable it.

Blocked by scravy/node-macaddress#8, which should be fixed by scravy/node-macaddress#11, if it ever gets merged.

Dropping the build step so I don't need this right now, but I may add this back in and have it run on-the-fly when the CSS files are requested, so I'll keep it open for that.
