Following jetty-project/jetty-reactive-httpclient#22 (comment), the Jetty Reactive HttpClient provides an option to abort the request on cancellation. This is something we can enable in our connector.

This commit reinstates abortOnCancel in the ReactiveRequest builder,
which allows a cancel signal to abort the request.
