Getting com.intellij.diagnostic.PluginException Randomly in the IntelliJ Plugin

The IntelliJ spotbugs plugin is maintained under IntelliJ, not under SpotBugs. Can you please report the bug there?
Also, it would be really helpful for resolving this issue, if you could provide the SpotBugs plugin version, and a description how to reproduce the issue.

Edit: It looks like the issue is already reported there: JetBrains/spotbugs-intellij-plugin#1612
