Spotbugs ant does not produce XML anymore

After update to spotbugs 4.5.0 (using ant - configured like https://spotbugs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ant.html) it does not produce XML output anymore (lookes like text) ...
Issue is quite similar to #1809 and #1804.
A possible workaround is adding the sort="false" property into the spotbugs configuration :-)
