The name is Phanalist, and it's a super fast static analyzer for PHP projects. The project
is based on Rules, and these rules are things I always look for when reviewing code.

The idea right now is to add more rules to the project and keep it fast, so that you can use
it in your projects with the need to wait too long for a response.
