Hi maintainers,

About 2months has passed since the last stable release. Based on our release cycle, I'll ship a new package 3.4.0 within a day.
Are you ready? If you have any remaining tasks, please let me know.

It would be very happy if #8551 is merged before release, but otherwise it looks good.

Now all remaining tasks (including #8551) are resolved. Let's ship a new version :-)

Oops. My laptop can't create a new package because of GPG problem. I must do it on my home PC. So I postponed the release for a while (maybe 2-3 hours later).
