#10648 introduced a dismaying number of problems for the PDF rendering of topic and contents boxes: #11101, #11099, #11096, #11095. Sadly some of them are breaking and were introduced at 5.1.0. Bad luck affected the testing which never hit the breaking keys. And somehow I overlooked the visual changes reported at #11095.
This fixes for 6.1.2 the ones reported so far.
