Hey!
I have a problem with my sphinx-generated PDF documents. sphinxcontrib.httpdomain makes an index (http routing table) for all pdf-docs even if there is not HTTP API in current file (but i is in other documentaton parts).
May be it will be good to add a flag to enable/disable making index?
