Describe the bug
In WorkBench Data Mapping, when browser width is below 1018px, the Save button starts to get cut off. At half width, the Save button is no longer visible. Making the browser width even smaller makes 4 buttons (Must Match, Validate, Cancel, and Save) all cut off.

Also, at browser width < 640px, the Add New Column button and Reveal Hidden Form Fields checkmark move up right underneath the Field Mapper instead of staying at the bottom of the page. Was this intentional?

To Reproduce

  1. Go to WorkBench => Create New => Any Table (https://umherb11024-edge.test.specifysystems.org/specify/workbench/plan/39/)
  2. With navigation bar expanded, resize browser width to <1018px to see Save button being cut off
  3. Resize browser width smaller to see multiple buttons completely cut off

Expected behavior
Buttons in a row should not cut off, but adjust to the smaller width. There should be another row beneath the initial row with the buttons that do not fit within the browser size.
