Records can be edited when previewing record formatters

Describe the bug
When viewing records to preview record formatters, records can be edited and saved. Records can also be added, edited, and deleted using any query combo boxes on the form.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to App Resources
2. Click on Record Formatters and pick a table
3. Click on an existing record formatter or click 'Add'
4. Preview existing records and see that the record can be edited.

Expected behavior
Forms used to preview record formatters should be read-only as indicated by the view (eye) icon used to open the preview.
